The Laboratory of Biological Characterization of Advanced Materials (LBCAM), provides lab bench and office space to carry out the proposed project. LBCAM specializes in the development of Nanomedicine and its translational aspects including the safety applications of advanced nanomaterials and nanomedicine. LBCAM has an internationally established history in advancing nanomedicine.
TTMI, located on the grounds of St. James Hospital, is a large-scale centre of knowledge excellence supporting patient-orientated research. The uniqueness of the TTMI facilities is that all principal investigators share their knowledge and expertise within a single institute.
